Extensively test your bathroom space and the available rooms next to the bathroom. Take accurate measurements of the bathroom and adjoining rooms. Transpose those measurements to level on the graph paper. Look for any closets posting a common wall structure with your bathroom. Make sure to include the measurements of these closets. Check your drawing to find out if you can remove a closet and add that space to your bathroom. Does it square‐off your bathroom? Will you miss the closet space? In the pre‐remodel photography here, the wallpapered wall structure on the right area of the entranceway was a closet to the adjoining bedroom.
Extend your storage space and put in a decorative element by dangling a floating shelf above the facet if your tub is a tub only create. Flip up towels and washcloths or add extra soaps and shampoos to the area. Look for a shelf that matches your bathroom's decor.
